These terms explain how we work with you. At Maldo’s Junk Removal, we want to be fair and honest. When you book a job with us in Burbank or anywhere in the Chicagoland area, you are saying you understand and follow these rules.

2. Services Description

We help you get rid of unwanted items. This includes furniture, appliances, and general clutter. We do not take hazardous materials like chemicals, wet paint, or oil. We reserve the right to say no to any items that are unsafe for our team to move.

3. Payment & Pricing

We will give you a price before we start. This price is based on how much space your junk takes up in our truck. Payment is due as soon as we finish the job. We accept cash, credit cards, or electronic payments. If we find extra items after the quote, the price might change, but we will always tell you first.

4. Liability & Safety

We care about your home and our safety. We are fully insured. However, we are not responsible for small scratches or marks that happen during normal junk removal. You must make sure there is a safe path for us to walk. Please keep kids and pets away while we are working to keep everyone safe.

5. Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. If you need to cancel, please tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel right when we arrive or very late, we might charge a small fee to cover our gas and time. We will always try to be fair if there is an emergency.

2. Money & Pricing

Our prices are based on how much space your items take up in our truck. We will give you a free estimate before we start. Payment is due as soon as we finish the job. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. What we quote you at the start is what you pay—no hidden fees.

3. Safety & Responsibility

We are fully insured to keep your home or business safe. Please make sure there is a clear and safe path for our team to walk. We are not responsible for small scratches or normal wear and tear that might happen when moving heavy items. Once we take your junk and leave, those items belong to us and will be disposed of properly.

4. Cancellation Policy

We know life happens! If you need to change your appointment or cancel, please tell us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us keep our schedule organized for other local customers. If you cancel at the last second when we are already at your door, we may charge a small trip fee.

Free Quotes

Secure Payment

Payment is due right when we finish the job. We accept cash and major cards. By using our service, you agree that our local team is here to help safely.

6. Payment Policies

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services. For large cleanouts, multi-load jobs, or jobs requiring reserved time, Maldo's Junk Removal may require a 25–50% deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits are applied to the final balance. Remaining balance is due before the crew leaves the job site.

Liability & Safety

At Maldo’s Junk Removal, we work hard to be safe every time we visit your home or business. We are a fully insured company, which means we are covered if something happens while we work. To help us stay safe, please keep children and pets away from our equipment and trucks while we are loading. We are not responsible for any damage to driveways or property if we are following your directions on where to park or work, or for items that are not junk but were left in the work area. We promise to be careful and treat your space with respect.
